ARSA has formulated a novel and unique methodology consists of two tiers namely the Thinking Methodology and the Process Methodology. The application of the combination of these methodologies results in the identification and analysis of legal risks and strategic recommendations for treating such legal risks.

ARSA provides a practical guide to the creation, protection, management and exploitation of intellectual property (IP), thereby assisting in maximising the benefits gained from the various IP that is owned by your organization. The task of interpreting legislation and regulations which have an impact on new technology products and services is one of ARSA’s core areas of expertise. ARSA is particularly adept at performing this task in situations where more than one law or standard applies. We are able to develop compliance cross reference tables matching key administrative tasks and processes against all compliance requirements. We also possess the expertise to use these tables in developing plain language, well structured policy, process and guideline documentation.
ARSA has provided advise to all some member Countries of ASEAN, apart from these countries, ARSA has also advised our Saudi Arabian client on its e-government project in Madinah. In Malaysia, ARSA not only advises Government agencies but also statutory bodies of Malaysia.
ARSA team members continue to publish up-to-date articles on all aspects of data protection, biotechnology, internet security, radio frequency identification (RFID) and "Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access" (WiMAX) a standard for providing companies or private individuals with long-reach broadband connection to assist in moulding and influencing the legal development of these areas to highlight the need for legislative and regulatory support from governments.
